Truncate processes the information needed to provide preliminary audits, reports, accounts, purchases, and approved outreach.
Information we process
Unauthenticated audits use a submitted public website address and public business information. If you request a report, create an account, or consent to partner interest, we also process your email address, authentication records, audit history, consent timestamp, and selected remediation requirements. Truncate does not collect implementation-service payment details.
How information is used
Information is used to run requested audits, generate and deliver reports, operate accounts, prevent abuse, support purchases, and maintain service security. Public website evidence and audit prompts may be sent to the configured AI providers named in the report.
Outreach and choices
Outreach is sent only after explicit administrator approval. Every outreach message includes an unsubscribe route; unsubscribed addresses are retained on a suppression list so they are not contacted again.
Retention and contact
Audit snapshots are retained to preserve report history and evidence. Security, consent, suppression, and transaction records may be retained where needed for operational or legal accountability.
